"This office will charge you an insane amount for nominal services and not tell you the cost beforehand. I took my daughter there on recommendation of my pediatrician after getting an xray result showing a hairline fracture on her foot. They literally did nothing more than confirm what the xray we brought said and charged us $927! $257 for the office visit and $670 for “treatment”!They didn’t even have a boot that would work for her and we had to acquire that for ourselves. Just beware that if you go and the doctor puts a hand on your injury they will charge you $670!"
"I went to emergency for my hand on April 17th. Had To get referred to a surgeon (here) to make sure I didn’t need surgery on my hand in order for it to heal properly. When I called on the 18th, I was told there wasn’t an appointment available until May 9th at 4:15 pm. Fast forward to today, I’m not on the schedule for today. Considering this matter is pretty important, and it was a screw up on their end you would think they would still see me after I left work early to drive an hour. Instead I was told there was nothing they could do and that a supervisor would be calling me. Not sure what day or time that would be but they should be calling me. Which I’m sure by that time will be too late. Horrible customer service and work ethic."

"Went to get status on total hip replacement back in February Dr Steffes took x-rays to confirm surgery success! After fracture didn't fully heal. Also found out my right leg 1/2 inch shorter . No wonder I can't walk without aid of a walker! Thanks doc."
