"I understand that they run off of a volunteer basis, but I was really upset when I came in after waiting for over a week for my appointment, to be told that I wasn't even on the roster and I would have to wait over an hour just to be seen.. normally I would not mind but this week has been very hectic and I had a lot to accomplish and did not have time to be stuck at the clinic till 9 p.m, I have a child I need to go retrieve from family members.. They sent me paperwork to my house and everything with my appointment reminder I live 45 minutes away I don't have many other options without health insurance, my advice is if you make an appointment with them make sure you remind them to hit save on the computer before you hang up the phone. Now I get to wait a whole month to get these lumps looked at. Thanks guys"
