"Elissa here. My daughter saw Dr. Bal and he is wonderful. Extremely patient, kind, and caring. He addressed my questions and concerns about her skin thoroughly and made her feel comfortable as well. The office got us back quickly, no wait time at all. I requested her follow up with Dr. Bal because he is a great doctor and will make sure my daughter's skin concerns are addressed. I highly recommend him."

"The staff at Grekin are always so pleasant. From the time I walk in to the time I check out, every staff member is so accommodating. They really care about my skin issues. Five star care!"

"Can I give zero stars? They barely spend time with you in the exam room. They don't look at the actual issue that you have. They talk about their lives, their issues and their friends that use their products. . .They also stand in the corner and talk amongst themselves and refer to you like you're no there. They get you in and out to get that copay,not caring if you're happy with their care. This place is a joke."

"Dr was nice but squeezed (3) 15 minute appointments into 3 minutes. Not saying he didn't look us over but I would think for $25 each person for copay (not to mention what was billed to insurance) and we were literally looked over for less than a minute each. The reason why it took even that long was because the Dr. was engaging in conversation with us. 3 people 1 room and 3 minutes. Just doesn't seem like it was worth it for a whole body scan."

"I would highly recommend seeking healthcare services elsewhere. I made an appointment because there I had a dime sized bump below my eyebrow. The medical assistant walked me back to the exam room, asked me some standard questions, and left to inform the doctor I was ready to be seen. Before the doctors and nurse came into my exam room, I could hear them laughing and joking about me outside of the exam room door. It was humiliating. When they came in, I let them know that I could hear them, the doctor told me “not to worry, that’s just a fun game they play before seeing patients. To see if we can guess what’s wrong.”. The doctor didn’t ask me any questions about my skin, skincare routine, etc. They brought in another doctor to get a second opinion on the bump and he agreed that I needed to see a surgeon and left. At this point, I was emotional and nervous because nobody knew what it was. My eyes started watering and the doctor handed me a box of tissues and said “no hard feelings if you don’t want to come back.”. I’ve never felt so embarrassed and uncomfortable in a doctors office before. As a professional, I would never joke around or make light of someone’s concerns, especially outside of their exam room where they and other patients could hear them. I’ll spare the other insensitive comments that were made to me to respect my own privacy. This office is a place where people should feel respected and safe. It was not. I do appreciate the referral I received for the surgeon but will not be back. And I’d encourage anyone else to seek care elsewhere."
