"I would like to change my 1 star review. After talking things out with Dr Bhagwan I realize I may have been a little unfair. Originally, 4-5 years ago, I gave this place 5 stars and haven’t had an issue but lately I have been having trouble getting refills for my migraine medication (non narcotic). When this seemed to become a pattern - no more refills over the phone anymore (appointment was now required each time) and then when I showed up for an appointment I wouldn’t be given any refills (whereas in the past I was given 2-4 refills) so eventually it wore me down and I felt stretched to the limit. Each imitrex tablet was now like gold and I had terrible anxiety over running out and then being denied a phone refill and now having to find a way to get time off work for another appointment again and again and again… so I changed my 5 stars to 1 star and let it out. Dr Bhagwan confronted the issue with me head on and said he read my google review and wanted to get on the same page and he explained things in a way that I had not really understood originally nor thought about and his stance was more than fair. Very professional and sincere. And although a little inconvenient to me, I now understand that he had my best interests at heart. I am still a little salty that I wasn’t able to get one single emergency refill over the phone for my imitrex in the last 2 years (like I was always allowed in the past) but overall this place didnt deserve a 1 star review. Overall, I have been given great medical care here by both Dr Vinod Mohey and Dr Bhagwan. Those are who I usually see."

"The staff are incompetent. I made my husband a well visit Oct 1 for Oct 27. They proceed to charge him copay, and say it was a routine. I called and they said “this was scheduled as routine and there is a copay” I asked Why would I schedule a well visit a month in advance? She argued with me that it was not a month ago when it was in fact 26 days prior. She did not do it. Never apologized for the mix up only remained defensive. The Doctors are GREAT, but the staff are the most heartless, right fighters I have ever seen. They have been the same to me As a patient when they make a mistake. DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO MICROMANAGE."

"I have been going here for about 17 years. At one point my insurance changed through my employer and was one they did not accept. They applied to be a provider for it and I was quickly able to continue with them. Dr.'s Vinod and Megha Mohey as well as Dr. Singh and Dr. El-Naggar are very compassionate and caring. Have never waited more than 15 minutes. The whole staff is very polite and friendly. Very satisfied with them."
