Doggie Parlor

"I decided to take my dogs, my brother dog, and my sister dog to this groomer for a simple bath and brush. I gave them simple instructions……do not cut anything just dremel their nails, bathe, condition, and trim their feet. Why did they shave my dogs noses (my Yorkies nose hair is pulled into their top knot), cut my Shih Tzu ears all the way down (she usually gets braided pig tails, and cut off one of the Shih Tzus ponytail. I literally told them when I made the appointment not to cut anything and when I dropped them off I repeated it at least 3 times. When I pick them up I said something about it she took $10 off but when I got them home and was able to actually look over them they really messed my dogs up and the owner said to me she should have paid more attention at check in. I gave very simple instructions and $50 a dog for a bath I was okay with I know what comes with grooming however if you completely disregard what a customer says and use the excuse that ”most people in this area like their dogs low” that’s not an excuse. You should have made it right and I’m posting this because it’s not okay. They are just doing what they want and I don’t want that to happen to anyone else. If you know me you know I take extremely good care of my dogs they are bathed weekly and always brushed and combed out. The owner agreed they were in good shape and said if I would have said I was a groomer they wouldn’t have touched their hair but I definitely told them not to. Then told me she didn’t realize who I was until after I already dropped them off. No one called me to verify if they could cut their faces they just did. They are all in different cuts and it took me 7-8 months to grow out my Yorkie faces and they shaved it. "I took my baby princess there the first time the lady who did her was excellent the second time she went. She had a patch of hair missing, found out. It was some type of disease that she had caught there because of them not cleaning their tools. every time she went. I noticed her behavior was different. She’s a happy, cheerful dog after leaving there she wouldn’t bark for three days and she was mean when I took her the second time, I could tell she was not comfortable. I should’ve left that day. She was trying to get back to me question away at the woman who was grooming her never been back cents now she goes to Hollywoof excellent shop.)"

"You took my 8 month old Cavapoo to see Laura. My pup is very nervous and tended to bite at the grooming brush and didn’t like the noises of the grooming tools and dryer, during past experiences at Pet Supplies Plus Groomers. Today I came away with an entirely different experience and so did my pup. She was happy, wasn’t barking, the cut was perfect and Laura the groomer was very nice and pleasant with both of us. Thank you for making us both have a great and calming experience. I am truly relieved to find a good groomer. I will be back."

"This place is horrible, they cute m dog hair down to look like a hairless dog and she is a Sheepadoodle and they have lots of hair. The 1st time I took her there they gave my brand new 80.00 flea collar, a 20.00 collor and a 26.00 dog leash to somebody else and I let it slide because Mistakes do happen but to now make my 7 month old dog look hairless and then changed me 110.00 for this mess. I will never go there again."

"I took my fur babies to be groomed and when I picked my dogs up they look like a child was cutting their hair. I will never come back here. They used to do amazing work I don’t know what happened but it’s not the same. My sisters took her dog after and they cut her dogs ear. She pick up her dog and it’s still bleeding from the ear. Until they get it together don’t trust them with your babies."
