"I have been taking my small Pom-Shi there for about a year now and I haven't had a problem until today. There is a groomer there I don't think it's the owner. I was waiting for the owner to bring my dog out and I am hearing this lady SCREAM at this poor little nervous dog. Calling it stupid, telling it to shut the F up, I'm staring at her at this point in disbelief and than she proceeded to grab and when I say grab I mean AGRESSIVELY grab this poor 6-8 lb dogs ear to the point it yelped so loud. I than yelled at her "are you freaking kidding me?" She said the dog was trying to bite her but I can ASSURE you I was WATCHING and this little thing did not even nip at her. It was very uneasy of course because it was getting screamed at. This was roughly around 1230 so please if you had a little Yorkie Maltese looking dog please know your dog was literally abused today and I am so sorry!! I will absolutely NEVER bring my dog back there and told everyone I told to go there never to go back. I am literally so sad that I had to witness this and this is supposed to be a safe space for animals. Shame on the owners for allowing this dummy to work on animals. She didn't say a word to her knowing I was there in the waiting room."

"Took my dog Bleu to be groomed at this place and the groomer butcher my dog. I addressed this with the groomer and she was very dismissive of my complaint, saying that she had mattes which I should have been called before the cut was done. I absolutely despised this cut and an very upset my dog will be very cold in the coming weeks. This groom is terrible she is uneven in many places and sheared very short this is not a winter cut. The before and after pics are below. I am very upset and will be calling Monday to address this because this is very much unacceptable."

"Let me start of by saying I did like that I was able to get a same day appt but for the price I was charged per dog ( small dogs ) I am not happy at all with their cuts I did express that and I was presented with an attitude I paid before they were finished based of the pictures they had posted but it doesn’t smell or seem like my dogs got baths , teeth brushed or nails clipped this was our first and LAST TIME HERE (update MY DOG HAS AN EYE INFECTION AND THE VET SAID IT COULD HAVE BEEN BECAUse they cut too close to the face or not cleaned their clippers PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE ALL THE REVIEWS IN THE PAST MONTH ARE BAD THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND DONT CARE ABOUT THE CONDITION THEY PUT YOUR DOG IN ( yes I called same day and was told to bring him back but it was nothing they can do because the lady that groomed then said nothing happened ! Please STAY FAR FAR AWAY"

"Great grooming shop! They did an incredible job on my Morkie/Shi-Poo. They were very nice, precessional, and we’re done earlier than expected. They even called 15 minutes before they were finished to let me know my Coco was ready. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Only thing was that they are cash only. But I’m sure that will change as their business grows."

"Laura is an amazing groomer. My German Shepherd had a very bad first grooming experience when he was young, after he had to be muzzled by all other groomers. Laura was the first groomer to take her time to build a relationship with Remington. At his third grooming session she removed the muzzle and hasn’t needed one since. Remington completely loves Laura and cries in excitement as soon as he sees her. I would recommend Laura to anyone, she’s amazing."
