"I called asking for a price range for a dental cleaning without extractions for my cat due to my vet stating there is a need to get this done. I understand an exact quote can't be given over the phone without having an examination done in office so I asked for a general range. This place is over 20 miles from my house and I did not want to drive 20 miles to find out the range is still not affordable to me. The receptionist, without putting me on hold, says to the doctor that I "am being difficult" and I "won't get off the phone with her" and several other very rude things until she says "can we just quote more than what her vet quoted her" to get me off the phone. Mind you, the entire call was only 7 minutes including 3 minutes of hold time. These people are awful. They don't care to help animals, really if their concern is kindly asking for a price range in general is considered very difficult."

"They're a little lacking in some areas, but they're excellent in others. I'm not giving up hope on them just yet. The last time I brought my cat in for a follow-up, I was told she was ok. The next day, her respiratory symptoms worsened, and I ended up scheduling yet another visit. I was charged for the third visit, even though I wasn't properly debriefed by the vet tech on the prior visit."

Clean, great staff (and plenty of staff) and about 1/2 the cost of other vets I've used....They brought the invoice to review before doing any services on my cat and I actually hugged the assistant and said "This is it"???? The Doctor is wonderful and not trying to rush you out the door! Absolutely recommend!!! They have a customer for life :-)"
