"We took in Mowie when she was a stray about a year ago. She is a long haired Calico. She had a lot of mats. I tried for a long time to groom her myself but she is very skittish. I finally took her to Kim. When we arrived Kim said "Hi pretty girl" and pulled her right out of the carrier, no problem! Mowie is a big girl,, 18.5 pounds. Kim tucked her right under her arm and Mow was perfectly comfortable with her. I couldn't believe how easy she was with her! Kim started combing the matts out and made it look so easy. I felt totally comfortable leaving Mowie in Kim's capable hands. When I picked Mow up, she was beautiful! Kim was able to wash her stinky butt and shave her rear end and belly. She was not able to give her a full wash so she charged me $20 less! The best thing is that now Mowie is able to keep herself clean. A month later she is still beautiful and smells so much better. She even started walking around the house more instead of hiding under the bed. I think that whole year before she was just uncomfortable and not really afraid!"
