"I usually don’t have bad experiences with CVS but when a drive through person whose been waiting since 9:50am (understandable it don’t open until 10:00am but didn’t get serviced until 10:15 on a ready order due to the fact it’s people inside the pharmacist can see need to be serviced first even after I set and explained that I watched these same people come in after I got in, come out with their meds before me, is unacceptable and ridiculous. Whoever the pharmacist is today on 11/3/23 at 10am, needs to be attentive and a listener instead of justifying. I took it as drive through isn’t important for the simple fact I asked if it’s best for me to start coming inside knowing I been waiting. As he wanted to explain that these people was inside and seen first. Not listening to me tell the timeline of them coming after me. But oh yeah, I’m in drive through so it’s not as important . Do better ."
