"Everyone I interacted with at this store and at the grooming part of the store were kind and friendly. I went for a grooming appointment and they were super friendly and gentle with my small dog. "Second visit as the first was fantastic. Unlike the boutique groomers, who tend to cage my poodle before and after grooming (presumably because they don’t have staff to expedite check ins and outs ), Petco on 82nd has me drop my little guy at time of service and call when he’s ready, thus reducing my dogs stress and anxiety as well as freeing up hours of my time. The woman who grooms him is amazing and better/ more skilled than any and all of the groomers I’ve used in the past 23 years of owning poodles"
