"Therapist was good. Office policies are bad in regards to cancelation and communication. Unfortunately my husband was in a roll over accident that resulted in a totalled pickup. Thank God he was only bruised and sore and did not die. I canceled our appointment for the following day within the allotted time requirements due to his shock, shakiness, and very sore body. I was NOT told that this would result in the office terminating us from their services. They said we were both emailed: we were not. I also did not receive the mailing they claim to have sent. Very disappointed to reach out for help and be denied when trying to schedule. And also very disappointed that a roll over accident that easily could have resulted in death - was not granted any sort of grace."
