"I placed an online order on Nov. 23rd for pick up at Big Rapids Rite Aid. I went to pick it up on Nov. 26 and the manager canceled my order. The clerk that was waiting on me said he was told to put it back yesterday. I ordered it with the black Friday sale and got 25% off. And I couldn't get the same sale. I was told to buy it at the regular price. I had 5 days from time of purchase and was not even given that! I'm very disappointed. This has never happened when I do online orders at Walgreens!"

"Called to check on what a prescription would cost and the pharmacy clerk said she can not do that unless she has a prescription. I asked can’t you look up the product? She said I have to call my insurance to find out what the co-pay is. Never had to do this with any other pharmacy.."

"Disappointed, we travel a lot and always stop with our family at drugstores to use the bathrooms and buy refreshments. We came to this location and they say oh it's store policy no bathroom use for public. What in the world? Never have seen this before. It's a public store, aren't they required to let patrons use their bathrooms? Especially when we buy there as a customer?"
