"I bought some.doors the process was fine.. their contractor brom builders... they need to get rid of installed a broken storm door and left only reason i found out is when I went to test it out was broken. Then the main entry door was bubbled out and cracked around the window was still installed by brom builders. Luckily jeldwin is sending my money back. I would buy new front doors from this location but I don't trust brom builders... so I went to home depot instead."

"Place is ok during the summer because they have an impressive selection of flowers, but can't say the same during the winter the store is hard to navigate and when I 1st came in I seen a ton of workers but once I got deep into the store wasn't one to be found , after about 10 min of wandering around I left without making a purchase."

"I've been a customer for decades. After moving to Canadian Lakes Michigan, I dropped about $7,000.00 on major appliances, all manor of bathroom fixtures, paint, a snowblower and more. Bought a couple of large Kobalt toolboxes a few weeks later for another $950.00. One was damaged in the box. Not pleased to have to drive back to Big Rapids to exchange, but hey, things happen. Then a few days later these boxes went on sale. Lowes doesn't honor price changes. You've lost a faithful customer. I'll never set foot in one of your stores again. See ya!"

"This Lowe's is a good store. I did not like what I bought, but that was on me not them. They have a great hardware and gardening section, and the lumber isn't too bad depending on what it is. They have great friendly garden staff ready to help."

"Like shopping here over Menards mainly for the brands they carry and the self checkout being smooth but also wish they would hire some more actual cashiers so there’s more than one physical register open. Would not trust a darn thing their app says is in stock, where it’s located, or if they even carry it. Pretty clear they’ve just been cutting peoples hours ever since the pandemic since every time I go in there there’s fewer and fewer employees around."
