"Was happy to see that they had the prior recipe for their cinnamon rolls. I'm totally not a fan of the recipe change for their pecan braid and cinnamon rolls."
"The staff is so nice at this Panera. I ordered an ice coffee with a couple shots of espresso and caramel with a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. It was delicious. It was all outstanding! Everyone greeted me with smiles and were very courteous! I most definitely will be returning to this Panera."
"went to get a salad and there was a bug in it before i even ever opened it. I called and asked about getting a new salad or a refund. Was declined a refund, I can’t get a new salad unless I drive back up there TODAY and that’s “all” they can do. Manager was very rude and showed no type of remorse or acted sorry at all. Disgusting"
"I was very disappointed to open my to go baja bowl and find out they didn’t put black beans on my bowl, and they put salsa on when I asked for none. The bowl also looks very empty. I have not taken a bite in the photo, and the bottom of the bowl isn’t even fully covered. Very disappointed."
"Stopped here for lunch. It was mid week. Many people. Easy to find a seat. We were a larger crowd but food did came out quickly. Like all Panera. You order your food at the counter and wait for them to call you. In the mean time get your drink and find a seat. They had a very bubbly staff member.she was pleasant and.helpful."
