"Mixed reviews on the place overall though cleanliness 10/10 parking kinda sucks, the wifi isn't the best but the beds where cozy. The staff isn't much help they need more training. But the hotel overall beats it's counterpart Holliday inn in BigRapids location only"

"Breakfast was disappointing. Waffle maker timer not working right., so everyone's waffles were sticking and falling apart. No orange juice for two days, and expired milk . Clock in room was 4 hours off. Couldn't change it so couldn't set alarm. Second day we asked for wake-up call and never got one. No fan in bathroom."
