"Went through the drive through. Food was good. Better than any other burger place in the area."
"Culver's is normally a guaranteed good experience with great food and friendly service. However, this was not the case on a visit tonight to the Big Rapids location. All three of our frozen custards were completely melted in their cups and cone. When I questioned this the staff simply said that's just "how it was" and then I could overhear them saying to each other that I was complaining because they were "melty". They didn't offer to replace them or give me a refund. I insisted on a replacement for the cone because it was melting right through and pouring out the top! The custard was grainy, so it had been melted for a while. They also put the wrong toppings on, which had sunk to the bottom anyway. Even with 7+ staff behind the counter, nobody seemed to care about the job they were doing."
"Not the best. Really greasy. Got a cool burger and piping hot fries. Pretzel bite were good but very salty. I feel $30 was a bit expensive for pretzel bites, and 2 butterburger meals. I could have went to a sit down family restaurant for that and not a fast food place."
"As always everything was excellent. Never have had a bad experience. My son is in management of the kitchen in your Otsego, MI location. He loves working there, he's been there since day one. We always enjoy the food & restaurants, employees are always welcoming & helpful. Thank you for the delicious food."
