"Rooms are great. The service was outstanding. Please be aware the entire hotel, all floors, smells like an unflushed and dirty toilet. In some areas, it's worse. I hope this is cleaned up soon. Also, one of the worst breakfasts at a Marriott property."

"If I could give service 10 stars I would!the manager Dylan and the gentleman at the front desk Hussein went ABOVE AND BEYOND! We got stuck in a blizzard and made a wrong turn and got stuck in their parking lot in front of the doors. We had a completely different hotel booked, but Hussein gave us a good deal on a room here and even made accommodations for our service dogs. Dylan went above and beyond helping me shovel snow, make a path to get our van out, and even helped me push our van into a parking spot. Wonderful staff, cozy rooms, and FIRST CLASS SERVICE! 10/10!"
"Okay, the service of this hotel was absolutely awesome. Unfortunately I did not give it five stars because the website has not been updated in regards to the fact that they no longer have a hot tub. I literally booked this room because of the hot tub. Other than that, it was a nice clean quiet time. And we enjoyed the breakfast."
"We are here for a sensitive procedure for my almost one year old daughter and while here the last thing we want to worry about is the logistics of where we are staying. We are currently still in the middle of our stay but have had a phenomenal time and loved the service already. The gentleman working the desk and the manager working tonight (as of 12/21/23) have both been super kind and the hotel is gorgeous on the inside. 10/10 would recommend."
