"this hotel is so nice!! so is the front desk woman Melanie!! she is so sweet! i talked to her on the phone before i came in and she explained check-in times very well when i asked for them! of course when i was late as i called and mentioned, she knew exactly who i was and was super nice while going over policies/pricing!! she made me and my boyfriend feel extremely welcomed the entire weekend and it’s all because of her!! there was one woman who got off the elevator while me ant my boyfriend was getting on and she was extremely rude when i said excuse me so sweetly. wish i got her name but she was wearing a blazer and black rectangular glasses who seemed like she had no personality. she was dressed like a “boss” or “manager” but her entire vibe was extremely off. she was NOT welcoming like Melanie was!! either way, the rooms are so nice and clean, and Melanie is someone i will never forget!! u will NOT waste money here!! it seems like some employees are tired of their job, but Melanie made it a point to show that she has compassion for hers and the people who walk in!! PROPS TO MELANIE!!!"

"We booked a room due to the recent power outage, but as we were packing up our power came back on. The hotel was kind enough to allow us a refund without any issue. We knew we may have to take a loss, but we appreciate and respect their decision especially because they felt someone else could use the room/heat. We will recommend this hotel as well as call them first the next time our power is out...it happens a lot lately!"

"Had a nice time here. Clean and good service. I'm into the style of rooms and new transformation of Holiday Express. I just go local to my area once in awhile to get a break from the norm for a day or weekend. Also enjoy their breakfast to start day out right."

"The room was clean, I stayed in the king suite with a jetted tub and it was amazing! The kitchenette was nice, but I thought there would be dinnerware included. Not a big deal- my carry out came with utensils. The sofa wasn't very comfortable, but the bed was great. The room temperature was easy to adjust to my comfort. The pool/hot tub area was clean, the water was a good temperature. The breakfast was delicious, especially their cinnamon rolls. I will definitely be back!"
