"Front desk and hospitality were exceptional. Pool and Hot Tub were very comfortable. Great parking and easy access to I-94."

"This property is a bit dated and gives a Holidome vibe with a bar and pool in the atrium. The rooms in the tower seem updated and the rooms around the pool have floor to ceiling windows can be loud if kids are in the pool. This property attracts a lot of sports teams so it can be busy. The staff is top notch and very accomodating. And make the stay enjoyable. The hotel is reasonably priced and it is very easy to get to the university or downtown. While there is a free breakfast and you can order lunch/dinner from the bar. There are many other food options nearby."

"We had a great experience. Clean, fun, great service. My only complaint was the pool. None of the lights were working so the kids mostly swam in the dark. The chemicals were off in the pool. The water made the kids hair crunchy and stiff and caused rashes and irritation. My child is very used to chlorinated pools so this was unusual."

"The bed and bathroom sink were nice, but I’m pretty sure that’s where all the money was spent. Let’s start with the door- you literally have to slam it to get it to lock. Having an infant in the room we couldn’t slam the door so, the only thing keeping the door closed was the flip latch on the inside. Secondly, the heating unit/ac took 5 hours to cool our room down. The room was about 75 degrees upon entry. The thermostat for the main hotel area is set to 68. It’s cooler in the hallways. My infant was so hot she threw up and wouldn’t eat or sleep until 2am. My baby is usually passed out by 10pm and sleeps all through the night. If corporate reads this, check the video from midnight-1am you can see her father carrying her around the hotel in her diaper to cool off… after we finally got her settled we tried to bathe… that’s a joke. At 1am it took about 10 minutes for Luke warm water to make its way to the tub faucet. And another 5 min for it to resemble hot water. The knob had to be set on full hot the whole time to get that. The tub had two holes in it and what looks like some sort of caulking or sealant stuck all over the tub but not for any reason. The toilet handle isn’t even attached and we had to tear the back open to stop it from running all night. And finally, the giant window that looks out onto the hotel lobby… just why? You can’t block out the light 100% with the curtains. And who wants a view of the lobby? In that, the lobby is very brightly lit, so if anyone leaves the room at night you’re waking up the whole room because bright light streams into the room directly towards the bed. And last but not least, the very dangerous plug by the sink… the light flickers until you wiggle the switch and the plug sparks and is broken and loose."

"Not the worst place I’ve stayed in. Hotel needs to be refreshed. Looks old and tired. Room was decent. Had a smell and AC was loud. Multiple patches on the ceiling poorly done that just looked bad. Sheets and towels were clean and smelled clean. Breakfast average. As long as they have waffles I don’t care about the rest but sausage and eggs were not that great. Staff was nice and helpful. Main reason for staying here was the shuttle to the game. Otherwise I would have stayed somewhere else. Would consider going back but probably not our first choice."
