"I would give them 0 stars. I have been a member for a long time. Rarely have any contact. This year I went in and asked for a triptik. You would think I was asking this man to run a marathon. Rude and minimally helpful."

"I don’t ever leave reviews unless it’s this bad. I spoke with an agent a while back about getting a refund for an unauthorized charge. She told me and assured me the amount that I will get back. They only refunded less than a quarter of that amount. I call back and speak with them and they had to find the conversation. They put me on hold. They listened to it and said she didn’t tell me the amount that was supposed to be refunded. I ask to speak to a supervisor and she’s harder to reach than the president. I get transferred to next of leadership then she hangs up on me while I’m speaking with her. I call back and they pickup the phone and keep hanging up. Tried again and again and no one would answer the phone. They just ran away instead of helping me out. Horrible service. They’re rip offs and liars. They won’t give me or let me hear the recorded conversation I had with the first agent because they know they’re lying. I’ll Never ever get insurance with AAA again. Just take my money and run."
