"Save your time, It’s your word against your neighbors when you know for a fact you’re never home… constantly having false reports made against you and threats to get evicted, leasing office will do nothing because they are related to your neighbors… property damaged from your neighbors and the office will tell you all of their cameras are not working and inaccessible, ONLY IN YOUR AREA. ROACHES, MOLD, broken furnace they refused to fix, leaking sinks still not fixed. Told to Bring proof of the noise that you’re hearing, and still no discipline being done… but when a complaint is made on you, they believe them all because their family. Worse place to live, they told me my apartment was being remodeled and fixed up but took three months to finish just to move in and still have messed up walls, no vents that work, old moldy tub without a faucet or shower head, second hand smoke, beat down refrigerator and a stove that was used and works only every blue moon. I can go on for days. DO NOT DO IT PLEASE."
