"I lived at The Riverfront Grande for four years until I moved out of state and cannot say enough positive things about my experience. The owner, Charlie, is one of the best guys I have ever met. He takes building security and cleanliness very seriously. I always felt safe and incredibly comfortable. The service was also phenomenal. On the rare occasions when I needed some sort of maintenance, Charlie would always send someone up that day, often within the hour. He is incredibly responsive to questions as well. Charlie fully upgraded the building when he bought it, but managed to keep a lot of the charm from the early 1900s, giving each apartment a unique feel. All of my friends were wowed by the beautiful building and I loved having people over to show off. There aren’t often openings at The Riverfront Grande, so if you happen to find one, grab it right away."

"A wonderful place to live! The owner Charlie and his staff are great. They are very attentive and responsive to the needs of their tenants. I lived in a studio apartment but the size and layout of the apartment made it feel similar to a one bed room. The building also provided great views of downtown and it had a very quiet and had a cozy feel to it!"

"If you want to feel like you’re apart of a community while also living right downtown, then I would recommend the riverfront Grande. The security there makes sure you feel safe as soon as you step inside the building and Charlie always makes sure everyone knows he’s available any time, and is very responsive to any questions or concerns you might have along the way. The apartments are also beautifully renovated and if you get a chance to go on the roof, take it!"

"I lived at the Riverfront Grande for a little over a year. I cannot recommend it enough to anyone wanting to live downtown! I loved it so much - I wish I could pick up the building and take it with me! Charlie, the owner, is incredibly caring and the staff is so thoughtful. I never once had an issue living there. It was the best apartment living situation I could have ever asked for. The other tenants were so friendly and the sense of “home” there is not something I ever took for granted. Thank you for an amazing year!"
