"I’ve been here about a year I keep to myself but all the resident seem to talk yes they have raised the rent a bit But with Matt and Taylor it seems like if we complain about something they actually work to get it fixed"
"Has been infested with bed bugs for years. The whole complex is infested . So much furniture and mattresses being thrown out daily. People are constantly moving out and they continue to rent to new people knowing of the issue . They lie to everyone as if they are unaware but after talking to other tenants they give everyone the run around . DO NOT RENT HERE . ITS BAD . HAS BEEN FOR YEARS ."
"I’m very disappointed in my rental experience with East Pointe. I lived here for a number of years and was plagued by pests, gun shots, and massive rent increases. They transferred my balance to a collections agency without notifying me ahead of time even though I left a forwarding address with the building supervisor."
"Outside is kept clean. Doesn't look too bad from the outside or in the hallways. Pricing seems high but the market is high right now in general so you really find the same type of apartments for the same price. Good area. School and two play grounds right behind apartments. Big parking lot"
"If i could give a lower rating i would. This place claims to have a laundry mat but i have been here 7+ months and have never been able to to do a load of laundry. Management has claimed they will have it fixed soon the whole time ive stayed here. Place has bed bugs and tenants are constantly throwing away furniture riddled with bugs. Management is never around and has trouble actual processing rent. They will hit you with fees when ever they can. I will never rent from them again and cant wait for my lease to be up."
