"Toured The Reserve at Sugarcreek yesterday and got to look at all of their amazing amenities they have to offer as well as their 2 bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom townhomes. Their community is beautiful and the apartments feel so spacious and are laid out perfectly to feel like a home and not just an apartment. Grace did a wonderful job answering all of my questions and has been keeping in touch with me to help with anything I may need. Definitely recommend checking it all out!"

"This place has it all: A+++++ Excellent professional management -Jeremy Fox is the best Property Manager that I’ve ever met! + beauty + comfort + great team and much more. You will live in the city, near everything, but won’t feel overwhelmed, which is why we like this place. The club house is excellent for gatherings or work space. The social areas are beautiful and spacious. The buildings are code-secured! Love that the only place in the apartment with carpet is the bedroom, which makes cleaning task easy and fast. Costco is right across the street: how cool is that!? But really, having Jeremy as part of the Team is what gives us place of mind. Kindness, integrity, intelligence and respect are rare findings in one person in this era, and Jeremy is all of that. We feel so blessed! You will be blessed as well. Claudia"
"The entire team at the reserve of sugarcreek have been outstanding! I have now lived here for 3 weeks and any small issue i have had since day 1 has been taken care of in a timely manner. They are fantastic at communicating and this place seems to be very organized which is hard to find! Arguably the nicest apartment homes i have ever seen. I want to give a special shoutout to Michael in maintenance who has been on top of any issue or concern i have had without hesitation! Make this brand new community your home!"
