"At first we loved these apartments. And overall it’s a pleasant place to live. But the management has seemed to have stop caring about the tenants. They tack on fees every chance they get for things that we don’t use, and require us to get our internet through them which costs us an extra 60$ than it did before. And whenever we bring up these problems to them they just kinda say “sorry nothing we can do.” In general I feel like we’re the type of tenants that they’d want to live here . We’re quiet and keep our home very tidy. We’ll probably stay here another year but I can only imagine they’re going to keep adding fees and price hikes on things that we just can’t afford. Especially if we’re not benefiting from it."
"I have had no issues really since living here since April. Location is nice and so is my apartment. I wish there was like a dog park area but it's 15 minutes to a few of them."

"Stayed in one of the townhomes for almost a year and we couldn't have been happier. Overall, the place was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Management responded quickly and they are super friendly! I also had 0 issues getting my mail and packages (something I had issues with at prior apartment complexes)."
