"Landlord illegally changed my lock, and allowed people in my apt. Without my consent. Also accused me of breaking my lease. When called out on this, she became rude and made other totally false allagations against me. I always paid my rent on time, kept to myself, and never caused one problem. This property is under poor management, and poorly managed. property manager is never in the office and never fixed problems that she said she said would be fixed. Will"

"I do not recommend renting/living here. The buildings are old and are not maintained and haven't been updated in years. The owners only care about how much money they can make on each apartment and will go to any lengths to ensure they get top dollar. Like increasing the HVAC or water fees if the fair market value for the apartment is low. What you can expect: maintenance issues not resolved in a timely manner, if at all; maintenance supervisor who complains about his job every day, to everyone and talks about tenants to other tenants; most maintenance work is out sourced (laundry, snow removal, lawn maintenance, HVAC, plumbing) so you have to wait days for issues to be resolved. There are two on-site maintenance people who basically only change light bulbs and replace garbage disposals. The owners disrespect for the tenants is appalling. One building is 4 floors. This building has major electrical issues but the owners won't invest to fix. In addition it has an elevator that has been broken down for FOUR MONTHS. There are elderly and disabled on the top floor. Instead of investing in new equipment the owners prefer to inconvenience the tenants as well as put the elderly and disabled at risk. Trying to fix old worn out equipment is cheaper. This stands true with everything on this property. In the 144 and 2815 buildings expect times during the summer you will be without A/C due to the old chiller system and it could be days, I was without A/C for 2 weeks during July. I could go on and on but limited on how much I can write. Let me say this, if I could rate this place ZERO stars, I would have."

"This is the worst place to live in!!! They have a very bad AC system which is one big until for each building and those AC units are very very old. Imagine that every a couple of days the AC is broken!!! Also, there maintenance guy know nothing!! When ever you have a problem, he would say ever one in this complex have the same problem. For the AC problem, he do not know how to fix the continuous problems; he always have to call a company to fix and he always says there is nothing I can do for you!! He always busy with fixing his cars!!! The apartment manager her name is Angie. She's very helpful manager that I saw in my life but she can not do anything for you with the maintenance!!! Because the maintenance is sperated from the apartment manager!!! The maintenance guy refuse to provided me a portable AC while the main AC is broken but Angie did give me here portable AC!!! In, any case this doesn't help because they have weak electric power!! When ever I turned the portable AC the whole apartment power trip down!!! Moreover, the owner doesn't care about the residents and their problem. He just care about what you pay in the end of the month!!"
