Wilmington Pointe Apartments

"First off, if I could give zero stars, I would. We were within 3 weeks of needing to secure an apt for my daughter. At first, Wilmington Pointe responded in timely fashion via email but they refused to show us anything without submitting their application & paying their fee. We immediately did so. Communication stopped at that point. And when I called for my daughter, I was told they wouldn't/couldn't talk to me because I'm not on the lease. What lease? We haven't even seen anything! Thankfully we stumbled upon something else. Same price point as Wilmington Pointe. My daughter more than qualified on her own & passed with flying colors the credit & background check. So we know that was not the issue with Wimington Pointe cutting all communication. Stay clear of this complex. I wish we had."

"I lived there a yr, paid rent on time every month, then got non-renewal of lease notice. If you like dozens & dozens of college students from India & other countries throwing drunken parties in the parking lot till after 3am even weeknights & then yelling, partying inside till 4am, and property mgr who says "my responsibility is to the premises not the people" then this is the place for you. They Falsely claimed damages that did not exist to say I owe them instead of getting my deposit back. What they don't know is I took pictures when I moved out. Pics hide how very old outdated everything is in apartments.edited to add - if they spent more time trying to take care of getting that place up to housing codes instead of monitoring the many complaints about them then it would be a better place. To the former tenant who posted the mouse in the trap a few reviews down - ewww, but good one! Oh, and I forgot - the pool, listed as one of the amenities, was not open all year. It looked like they were pouring new concrete around the pool, then it looked like the pool was way smaller, but they never did open it."

"Lived here and had to vacate this place cause it’s a health hazard guys there are RATS here and the leasing department does not care they said it’s the rats habitat so it’s common to have rats in the apartment I mean for real it’s poisonous for humans. I would not recommend to anyone to live here risking their lives."

"Lived here for roughly 8 months now and personally I am happy to be here. The other residents are nice and polite for the most part. It's well managed and fair. They work with you to help as much as they can if you are honest and do what you say your going to do. I enjoy living here and It feels like home. Thank you wilmington point and staff."

"They have new maintenance crew and I’m so so pleased, most previous years Omg the rigging was awful having to keep calling back. Since latter part of last year until now I’m feel I’m getting quality of work for what I’m paying in rent. Now also love location and neighbors like United Nations different cultures respectful to one another. Few and rare problems nowadays. Thanks Ms Cindy for listening and your professionalism. G.L.
