"This place is horrible! First of all they don’t fix anything; then to top that it’s so full of drug addicts, weed smell plus meth making and meth it’s horrible to even come home too! I am not advising anyone to move your family member in here or yourself. Stay away from this place it’s not good for your health or mental health! Not to mention the mouse, bedbugs, roaches, that pose a risk to your health snd your belongings! Include the awlful smell with trash smell that’s foul odors thru out the building nat issues every floor. Plus foul odors of sewage from in the basement thru the walls permiating the entire building as well as trash odors! I am not sure if this can help you with your decision on moving here!"
"Things were great until there were office staff changes, some people were not meant to work with seniors! Then the real "kick in the head" happened when I moved and my refund was short $82.00, they charged me to replace the vanity top in the bathroom that had cigarette burns on it which was already there when I moved in the apartment, I tried to correct this mistake with the office and corporate offices also, it fell on deaf ears, as far as I am concerned they stole my money! If you want to be treated unfairly, then this is the place to live!!!"
"When you try to call you are taking to a voicemail you leave your number but nobody calls back. The apartments have a severe bedbug problem that they can’t solve. I have lived there 11yrs and they still have a severe bedbug problem. They also have mice, rats, and roaches. Try to find a better place to live."
