"This company is lazy. The lady said she won’t let people take a tour before applying because she doesn’t have time. I’m not wasting my money to apply at a place that I can’t look at first."

"Terrible experience with the leasing office trying to get an application submitted so I could just tour the place. I submitted an application and two pay stubs. Then I got an email asking for 2 months worth. I sent those, and heard nothing back for a week. Emailed them again to ask if there was an update on my application, they said they had never received my paystubs. So I sent them again, and another week goes by. I sent another email, and the next email I received back asked for my most recent pay stub (which they shouldn't have needed if had they already processed the application). Then I got an unprofessional email from the leasing office telling me "xyz" is why they haven't done anything with it yet. I asked for a refund and never got it. Waste of time and money, but I guess I dodged a bullet."

"While I have not rented nor seen the apartments yet, I would like to speak to their admin coordinator - Lisa. Throughout my correspondence with her I have had a wonderful open communication that made me feel heard and much less anxious as a 1st time apartment shopper. Really happy I got to have that experience as positive one as compared to many others I have had thus far! Edit: I moved this up to 5 stars because i was able to view an apartment, meet the maintenance, and be informed of the process and customer service provided. I was very impressed with the quality of the remodeling inside the apartments, the attentiveness and professionalism of the maintenance crew I met, Mike and Jamie, as well as the flexibility and general customer service I was provided by Lisa. I highly recommend this location at the Wright Landing if you are looking for renting!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE I would rather live in my car. It hasn’t even been a month since I moved it. Since I’ve been here I’ve experienced; roach infestation, mice infestation, leaking water, holes in walls etc. They tricked me into moving in I was told I was going to have a 2x1 but 4 days before my move in they said it wasn’t ready and I would have to move into a 1 bed. With that short notice I had nowhere else to move and I told my situation to Lisa and Phillip. After a 1.5-2 weeks of them not fixing ANYTHING in my apartment I asked for a refund and out of my lease but Phillip says there are no issues but there are tons. I just had to dig a mouse out of my couch and throw it outside."

"Applied and submitted an employment offer letter and my first two paystubs. They claim they need two months of paystubs and an offer letter is not enough (it is for everyone else). They are then confused and stupid about the letter "saying a place in Chicago". Someone doesn't understand that remote work exists! Lazy and refused to refund application fee when they couldn't process it for literally no valid reason, when I showed 75,000 income on W2 offer letter, just because I hadn't been at the position for two whole months by that point. Also gave me attitude about my co applicant not having sufficient income when 75,000 yearly is clearly enough for anything in the price range they have. Clearly this is expectation bias for their standard tenants, who can't work remote and need multiple wage earners to afford a 2 BR, which blinded the clerk from actually reading properly. Hate to see it. Edit: Oh good, that's what I wanted. A bot to copy paste a canned response. How about giving me my $50 back if you care? You don't, so you won't, and you'll continue to attract only the most desperate (but who are also meeting all of your requirements for stability, somehow) and blame everyone but yourselves for all your failures."
