"I would never recommend living here unless you want your car broken into and or your car stolen from this property (like mine was) This area used to be decent but it isn't anymore. Management doesn't care when your car is stolen or things are stolen from your vehicle. You can NEVER get a hold of anyone. You have dirty people that live here that throw their trash everywhere and throws it all around the property and the dumpster. When I mentioned they should let people know about car thefts and theft over here the previous office lady (Amy) said she isn't going to do that to induce panic. I was told this CEO of the company wants to have cars towed from the property if you have a flat tire or even if your window is broken out. Which happened from people coming on the property and stealing out of vehicles which I think is super messed up to tow someone's car when They are on your property and theft happened to them. It's not their fault. Their window was busted out. This place is such a joke. They look around and search for what car to tow for stupid reasons. But yet when your car is stolen from the property or young punks are over here busting out windows stealing nothing ever happens. Cops do nothing but cops patrol the area to see what cars need towed. What a joke. I would never recommend anyone to move here."

"This complex has become very bad in the last year. Car vandalisms and cars have been stolen here too. Most of the kids that live here have taken over this complex leaving trash everywhere, screaming their lungs off in the breezeways at very late hours, talking back in very negative ways and even spitting on the residents who ask them politely to keep their voices down. I don't understand why this is still a concern after months and months of talking to the office about it. The parents here just let their kids run wild and are destroying what used to be a very nice place to live. I just hope this place becomes nice again. Update: The kid problem has become much worse and nothing is being done about. They continue screaming in the breezeways leaving trash, articles of clothing and toys all the property. They climb on peoples cars, they climb on the second and third floor landings railings which if they fall off they could be seriously injured and climb on the A/C units as well. a lot of the residents complain about it to the office and nothing is being done about. These kids harass the tenants after the tenants and then go cry to their parents and then the parents come to the complaining tenants door and harass the tenants who just want piece and quiet and safe living environment."

"Been living here since they open (3yrs). The place is nasty. The stairs and hallways are nasty. The office sent out a letter stating they would be power wash and it never happened. When you call the office they never answer and you have to leave a thousand voicemails just for somebody to call back. It have been 3/4 office managers since I've been here. My electric keep popping when I'm cooking. I have said something to the office multiple time and all they say is we will have maintenance check it out and maintenance take for every and say they will have a electrician schedule to come and it never happen. You have to give a 60 day notice before your lease up to move. I've applied for other places which need verification from my residence here and they never answer the phone , email, or call them back so I can move. Also every time its a new office manager they all tell you something different. I would not recommend. My car have broken in couple times. Office will not look at cameras. They look nice in the inside but don't let the look fool you. I have never had as many problems I have living somewhere like here especially for these to be a new built."

"Used to be a decent place to live, it seems like after new management took over things went downhill. Theft is constantly happening over here. Alot of people have had credit cards and all kinds of other items taken from their cars over and over again. people just throw their trash where ever. Trash is thrown all around the dumpsters outside. At this point I don't even feel safe living here anymore. UPDATE My car was stolen from here and when you ask them about video footage they tell you they do not have access. (The woman in the office has been trying to get access)How can you not get footage after a crime just happened, and it's not the first time someone tried to steal several cars from this area. You can never get a hold of anyone. The new maintenance guy Troy is super helpful tho. Pivotal is horrible management."

"Lived there almost two years they knew before I moved in was in a wheelchair and cleaned carpet professionally twice while being there still charged me $400 upon moving out for carpet didn’t tell me how to pay $93 haven’t yet to paint pathway for me to pay money only was able find out I owed this money Thru my credit report. It’s unprofessional how no pathway to make a payment they had forwarding address email and phone number never reached out to me with invoice of charges, regardless that carpet should never been charged they knew was wheelchair user carpet get dirty . While living there it was difficult to get ADA accommodations took over a year for them to properly fix the bathroom shower that kept flooding out my bathroom, dishwasher constantly backed up into kitchen sink and fire alarms went off constantly when too many people in building took a shower. constant issues with garbage and neighbors leaking garbage every where owners never cared enough about ADA access to dumpsters. They let people park over top side walks with cars blocking wheelchair access. The front sidewalk of entrance to complex is not ADA compliant and is dangerous."
