"They make people jump through hoops and they are still denied. Not everyone's story is the same.. There are extenuating circumstances that the individual didn't cause. GDAA what if it was you or a family member that needs help with rent. For every person you denied assistance, you will reap what you sow. FYI: I didn't apply for assistance. I know who was turned down twice after providing the necessary documentation even at the last minute. I understand what your business is about; however, that does not negate the fact this person has asked for help twice and was turned down."
"Took my universal certification class and it went great. The instructor was awesome and made the test a lot easier. Very nice environment and we even got lunch."
"I called them about View at Dayton Towers and my apartment with black mold and many maintenance issues. Going on 3 months with out a resolution. The halls smell like trash, stairs block with trash, drug pipes and debris. Common areas filthy and the elevators don’t touch the walls. Hope they can help the residents because it bad! No LUXURY here kids"
