"They hire anyone including crack headed maintenance workers that sell drugs on the property & sleep with the tenants . trust me beware of that place also word of mouth I heard the office be stealing money, reason why things not fixed according to if you have issues that need to be resolved. It might a decade I wrote the mayor a 3 page letter he is looking into it. enough is enough a lot of things coming into the light. I’m a 40 year old female it’s not right seeing things like this happening. The world is getting wicked every single day! Also have these young pest guys spraying for bugs but my suggestion the stuff isn’t working need to hire real pest control services. I tell these young people leave when you can & never look back they are not your friend the government is against you. Don’t get comfortable here. You have a whole beautiful life ahead of you."
"I would not suggest this as a suitable dwelling to my worst enemy. Rodent, roach && bed big infested && the office does very little to accommodate these issues. I lived here for nearly 5 years && it took them almost a year to install new windows when they were shattered in an altercation. It took them the entire summer to fix my best friends AC. Another neighbor had to beg them to fix her refrigerator for 6 months meanwhile they refused to allow her to purchase a new one. They do absolutely nothing regarding partying neighbors and violence but have the audacity to fine tenants for sitting in chairs outside. I have personally witnessed management exchange hands 3 times, each one worse than the laat."
