"You do not want to live here. When we first moved in it was INFESTED with roaches and they just handed me a can of raid and called it a day. And now it is infested with mice and they’re doing absolutely nothing about it they will just give you some mouse traps and leave it at that. The mice are everywhere in my apartment and they will just ignore you about it. They also lowered my rent and tried to make me pay the old rent price two months later. This place is a joke do not move here it’s not worth it."

"The landlord is a slumlord....he preys on felons and people with evictions charges them double deposits to move into apartments that have not been cleaned out, or sprayed!!! They never fix anything, the carpet in apartments have been there for over 5 years....their heating system in all the apartments are outdated and are controlled by a boiler system!!! I went without heat all winter and when I stopped paying rent because they wouldn't fix anything they evicted me!!! Do not move here....just because people have made mistakes does not mean they deserve to live like that!!!"

"DONT MOVE HERE!!!!! If you have other options, choose those 1st!. Bedbug and roach infested. I lived here for 2 years and cannot understand why the pest control never could get rid of the bugs. Not safe, the security doors are a joke. Someone tried to get into my apt, had the doors been locked I wouldnt have had to be fearing for my safety anymore. Maintenance takes FOREVER to fix any issues because they are so swamped. The heating is a joke, I had to buy 2 space heaters just to stay warm during the winter, the AC is a waste of electricity since it only cools down the livingroom but is loud as hell. Way too much traffic in the buildings, the halls smell like homeless people sleep in them all day n night. They obviously dont have the money to invest in any upkeep because the floors are thin and caving in. The only good thing about this complex was the busstop was right in front and a bank next foor n family dollar across the street. This place is a dump, and thats putting it mildly. The only good thing Carol did was help get the drugs outta here by getting the Sheriff dept involved."

"no 5 star rating. repairs are horrible. since new ownership, this property has been neglected unless they fixing up an apartment so they can have someone move in right away. there is no security. locks on the doors are all broken. can't change locks on our own doors to protect ourselves. go into hallway you feel like you goin to be attacked by unruley ppl. smoking pot and misc other drugs in hallways. if i was you, and i wish i was, run from this place."
