"Husband and I have lived here going on four years next year. We have had no issues. We live in one of the two bedroom townhomes, and while they are older it has been a good space for us and our little pup. It's pretty quiet you can sometimes hear through the walls, but nothing major. Electrical needs updating, the pool is olympic size and we love to swim. Overall we have enjoyed our time here."

"first apartment i’ve ever renewed a lease at. the pool is nice, the apartment is bright and spacious, and i love being allowed to paint! would give 5 stars but rent keeps going up, while the way employers pay do not (-: will sadly not be able to renew for a second time if rent increases again. have really enjoyed my time here."
"The entire staff at Yorktown, have been wonderful. I was in a bind, due to relocating from Cali to Ohio, due to work and i had to rent something rather blindly, but the ladies they really helped me and the wife to see what was available via email and video. They were so patient and i don't regret getting this place. It is quiet and clean, very close to work and i am looking forward to being a long term resident. If you are considering becoming a resident, talk to the office ladies, they made the process seamless and no hassle at all due to our situation. We moved in on 05/12/2023."
