"The office manager is condescending and tries to rip people off when it comes to moving out. The way they treat people of color vs how they treated me a navy vet with ptsd and who is transgender is day and night. And If u have pets and u have poop in your yard area even after picking it up your gonna have to pick it up or ur going to have a lease violation on u instead of others. And when u move out make sure u know they get ur written notice and not trust her when they say no we never got it but u can just turn it in when u turn in the keys cause they will charge u the rent slash late fees ect. I had a really good renters insurance that fought them and paid less than I think of an 8th of what they wanted. And the rest was dropped. They tried to claim I took off one of the closet doors that it was not there. And that I did not prime the wall in my son’s room which both were false and I had pictures to prove it. So when u move out take pictures of every little thing and make sure u get ur 30 day notice n on time and leave a forwarding address."

"Lived here for two years. Dawn, as well as the maintenance staff were great people. The owner, and or Princeton property mgmt. Totally screwed us on our security deposit. After we followed every instruction, per cleaning and damage fee documents. My wife and I paid $400. Too turn our apartment over ourselves. To ensure we would get our deposit back. We received our “tenants itemized list” Which stated “No damage” fast forward a couple of lines further down the page. They stated our entire “$725” deposit is being kept, because we didn’t turn in our notice to vacate letter on time. When we had already informed them of a family emergency. Which is why said time line couldn’t be met. When I called to ask them about it. I was told too hand write a letter too corporate because corporate does not have a email, or phone number. So looks like that’s money down the drain. In a time like this when every dollar matters. No moral respect, and lack of empathy from Princeton property management."

"I moved out of my townhome here at Fox Hunt in February this year. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! Remembered to come back and review after recommending to a friend today. The rent was super affordable, and the space was perfect as I was looking to get somewhere bigger. I feel like the leasing office cared about what they do & wanted to help, as well as the maintenance crew. I also noticed they were always trying to improve things such as the roof being replaced, painting the doors, etc. If I hadn’t moved into a home, I would have stayed."

"Loved living at Fox Hunt! It was the perfect first apartment. Rent is affordable, and the apartments themselves are in great condition. Bathrooms and closets are spacious, and we loved how much natural light we received due to the sliding door and patio area. It's in a great location close to many grocery stores including Target, only 10-15 minutes from both KMS and Fairmont High School, only about 10 minutes from the Greene, and close to many great restaurants! The staff are amazing. Dawn was super helpful and understanding throughout our experience. We are sad to go, and if it wasn't for getting a job in a new location we would be staying longer!"
