The Villas of Kettering is a well-maintained community of rental homes owned by Huber Management since 1951. Located behind Town & Country Shopping Center in the heart of Kettering, Ohio, our properties are conveniently situated near major highways, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Kettering Medical Center, and downtown Dayton. Residents can enjoy easy access to local attractions such as the Fraze Pavilion, Cox Arboretum, Carillon Historical Park, National Air Force Museum, and the Schuster Center. Shopping and dining options are abundant with Town & Country Shopping Center, TJ Maxx, PetCo, Walgreens, Kroger, Trader Joe’s, Chipotle, Panera, Chick-Fil-A, MCL Cafeteria, and more all within walking distance.
Our rental options include 2-bedroom apartments, ranch duplexes, and 3-bedroom homes, all equipped with modern amenities such as a stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, and remote-controlled garages. Additional features include gas central heat and air conditioning, garbage disposal, linen closets, oversized windows, vinyl flooring, carpeting, and window coverings.
For seniors aged 55 and older, we offer garden-style senior housing with 2-bedroom apartments featuring washer and dryer, range, refrigerator, and enclosed two-car garages with remote openers. Ranch duplexes with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, eat-in kitchen, and detached one and a half car garages are also available. Our single-family detached 3-bedroom homes come with 1 bathroom, attached one and a half car garage, front yard, and spacious backyard.

"I've lived here for over 2 years & i absolutely love it here! It's very quiet. They take great care of the outside year round with the streets & yards!! Maintenance is always quick to fix any problems I've had. Oh and on a bigger problem is the outter walls are not well insulated so the Heating & Cooling Bills are pretty high! Could also be that the Central unit needs undated/replaced!"
"I've been living here at the villas for a little over a year now! I absolutely adore my villa! Nothing but good neighbors who turn into good friends. It's just like stepping back in time due to the air they were built in 1958 and also due to the fact that you can walk around in the neighborhood and not worry about getting mugged you might get hugged. For me it's like stepping back in time. The staff here is wonderful! If you need maintenance they are right on top of it! Lawn and garden care weekly. So feng shui"
"Do not live here unless you want too live with mold and they refuse to do Anything about it. This place is a joke and their houses should be condemned with the living conditions. You report it and they come out weeks later and say it’s mildew and wipe the walls down and it comes back in a week. This was an ongoing issue for 3 years. Rent is ridiculous for a tiny house with mold. We had so many work orders and they never fixed the issues the first time. They will tell you one thing and then never come back out or tell you they won’t charge you for something and then find a way to charge you when it comes down to it. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"
"Came to WPAFB to accept a new job. Found Villas of Kettering by chance, looked around at other apartments, viewed new and old...prices were relatively comparable, but the folks here have been great. My main decision was locality and size for $$. The neighbors are great and it is near every convenience you can think of. A lot of it within walking distance. Would highly recommend without a questionable doubt. I give it 4 out of 5 stars because I've only been here a month. I will re-post at my 1 year anniversary."
