"I lived at Penn garden for 2 years. No it wasn’t the best apartment but really it wasn’t bad. There is only one maintenance guy so sometimes it takes a while to fix things but I was only paying $650 a month and that’s hard to come by for a 2 bedroom. The office was always very friendly and even took care of the pregnant cat I found outside. You pay for what you get. There was a fully functioning pool, it was crowded but it was great. The walls are thin and I did have issues with a neighbor but again you get what you pay for. It’s great if you’re looking for somewhere to live for a minute that isn’t deplorable. Overall this is a good place."

"Very rude to the tenants.... My father has lived in here for year.... His windows are horrible. Talked to the girl in the office about my concern and she tried shunning me and then took my number said she would be in touch about replacing windows (due to are old really old cracked no lock have to use a stick.... ) And all other units have newer windows if the tenant has just or Getting ready to move in... I'm not sure of the unprofessional African American woman that works there and thinks she owns it but I wish she step to my neighborhood.... I'm holy enough to pray for her but hood enough to swing..... She has no right in how she hollers and talks to people.... Anyways I would really love to know who owns this property and get in contact with him or her or them........ #Concerned Daughter"

"Penn garden apartments are horrible they can not keep a maintenance man I worked there for a month left a plumbing job for this joke of a place I'm going back to my plumbing job. Tenants tell you how they can never get anything fixed so I have tired replacing everything new tenants loved it but front office didn't like me doing that guess to much money place is out of code everything is very old even windows are from like 1960 the lady's in office are very rude you smell drugs in the hallways not a good place for kids.. They charge to much for there dumps there are better appointments around that area and cheaper I lived in one down the road from them so I'm not blowing smoke.."

"I have lived here since 2009, last year before I signed a new lease Penn Garden 2017 (Susan the office manager) said I wouldn't new carpet after 9 years, but that wasn't fulfilled after saying the same thing three times throughout the year. I ended up a few months later getting bed bugs, after their bed pest control came through my apartment. Now, my air has been out for three days in 90 degree weather, no answer. Not to mention a fire in the rear building which can jeopardize my personal property. I don't think I would recommend Penn unless they are not your friend."
