"Before I begin, most of the reviews that you see on this place are forged because the management team sent messages to people incentivizing good reviews on Google. I’ve been at this place a long time becomes I’m ignorant and too used to low expectations. But do not live here if you can find anything else. The management team will complain to you about managing multiple sites as if you forced them to work the job they have. They show unwillingness to assist in the smallest of matter just out of laziness. They forced all of us to pay them over 90 dollars a month for tv and internet which is currently not working for 3 days for me. Then they won’t assist us when it is not working. They never gave us credentials because its a “bulk community” but you cannot access any help without signing into an account. My upstairs neighbor flooded his bathroom because he had been running water all day long and it was flooding through my lights in my bathroom. He even told the maintenance guy to wait 10 minutes before allowing the maintenance guy assist the situation. And somehow he is still a resident here. I’m about to have to file against these people with the County Clerks office so I don’t give these slumlords another dime, I just wanted to warn anyone who was thinking about moving here. It’s one of the worst mistakes I’ve made in my adult life."

"For a first time living indenpendently other than college, I've enjoyed living here. I have lived here for at least a year. Good communication between the managers and I on different topics. Renters can safely pull into and out of the parking lots due to the traffic light! As a bonus, internet and cable are included in my rent!"

"Been here since 2021 and just renewed my lease. I love this place for the following reasons: 1. Location. It’s very close to my work, gym groceries, restaurants and parks. Its proximity makes my routine pretty convenient. Everything is just 10minutes away or less. 2. Good neighborhood. I always feel safe in the area. It’s quiet. People are also courteous. 3. Maintenance and Manager respond quickly. They always make sure the tenant’s concerns are being addressed. Highly recommended!"

"Karen the property manager is always on top of communication. The maintenance team is very quick to solve any issues that might arise. The overall apartment is amazing. We moved in about 2 months ago and it’s super quiet and a great community"

"I’ve had a great time living at studio w! My apartment was in great condition when I moved in, and the hallways in the building are brand new with hardwood floors! The neighbors are quiet, and maintenance is always quick if I ever put a work order in. They also have a cleaning service that makes sure that the building is clean! 10/10 would recommend these apartments!"
