"The property here is very beautiful. If you want your park car parked inside you are able to with being able to go to your car without stepping outside and your vehicle will stay protected from the weather elements. I did really enjoy meeting with Jen, she takes pride in helping this property be of excellence."

"The area is nice, safe and onsite staff are very easy to work with. The building is poorly constructed. The walls and floors are unbearably thin. You can hear almost everything your neighbors do including flushing the toilets and taking showers. The regional management is very unprofessional and do not give the same attention the on-site management does to problem with the building. The units have a great aesthetic but the quality of the units are not worth the cost."

"I was one of the very first people to move into the complex and it has been the best place I have ever lived, hands down. We have great maintenance and management staff, and the apartments are beautiful and well built. My neighbors are all fantastic and friendly, and the amenities of the place are impossible to beat! Valet trash pickup three days a week! The gym is available to us 24 hours a day and is well equipped with high end machines. I am officially spoiled. We have been thrilled to live here and so glad we made this choice."

"The apartments are absolutely gorgeous, and I've never had property managers that are as friendly and responsive as they are here. They truly go above and beyond to make sure we're happy. The area is safe, quiet, convenient; the staff takes pride in their work. As an anecdote, I called late in the afternoon with a question but they were assisting someone else - no problem at all; I'd try again the next day and didn't leave a message... to my surprise, they saw they had missed my call and called me back to make sure everything was fine and to answer my question. When I needed maintenance on a weekend, the technician was at my door in just over an hour, with the knowledge to make the repair and a pleasant attitude. They exemplify "service with a smile," and the apartments themselves are unmatched."
