"Well , this place is really nice and all .. pretty clean great layouts and usually quiet unless there’s kids outside they can get a lil rowdy but kids are a sign of safety to me so that’s not a problem. My only complaint is that they have POS Window units that hardly work so in the summer you’re looking at 80+ degrees inside unless you purchase your own secondary window Ac unit. Winter is almost here so we’re nervous about our heat situation as well. Be prepared for a $160 + monthly electricity bill which is OUTRAGEOUS for a 2 bedroom apartment. Also all of my door nobs are falling off. Other than that it’s decent and the staff is pretty quick to answer any problems but they won’t invest in new window units for some reason ."

"After being here for ~ 3 years I had to give it 3 stars, mainly because the property is bought and sold constantly. The experience here varies depending on the management company. The last company had numerous issues with a very rude and unprofessional property manager. The current company is diligently working to try and restore the property to its fair market value. As of August 2023, maintenance has provided many of the residents with new/updated energy-saving AC units and our power bill has significantly decreased as a result. Unfortunately, the pool is out of commission this summer, but with the way maintenance has been going, I expect it will be up by next summer. The new company, Summit Management is working hard to keep the residents happy, so I've raised my rating to 4 stars."

"I have lived here for over a year when I first moved in I was missing doors missing paint on the walls. I was told all that would be fixed never has been my bathtub is chipping up and is falling apart all of my windows and leak water severely when it rains my basement floods and as of right now I have not had a working heater or air conditioner for over a month they don't answer your calls they won't call you back this is the worst place I have ever lived. I would recommend this place to a rat."

"I have lived here with my husband for almost 2 years. We started out in a studio, moved to a 1 bed, and now to a 2 bed. When we first moved in the places was not well taken care of but I needed a place to live. After living here 2 years a lot has been improved overall. The maintenance staff and team has been awesome. They came to fix my AC last summer and accidentally broke it. They brought me a portable one to make sure I was ok and installed a brand new unit the next day. I was happy with how friendly, fast, and prompt they were. In the front office staff they have nice office staff working. Sean is the property manager and he has went above and beyond to make sure the community is safe, happy, and taken care of. A lot of times he works extra long hours to make sure residents are taken care of. The pool is a really nice amenity in the summer and a good way to meet all of your neighbors. I know there is a lot of bad reviews but they are all old and a lot has changed since then. Give them a chance and enjoy your next home."

"I am finishing my fourth year here, and intend to renew my lease again. If it was not for the new owners/managers, I would be leaving. The last three management systems were poor, at best. Our new management group is great. The only minimal irritation is the rent is a bit high, but that is offset by excellent maintenance, courteous office staff, good management, and mainly crime free. If you want a place where the living is peaceful, and management cares about you, this is the place to be. Check it out,"
