"Horrible. For our entire lease the vent in our bathroom was not working. Multiple contacts and it never got repaired. A year later is was never repaired which resulted in moisture buildup in the bathroom rusting the light fixture above the sink. We never missed a payment and decided to buy a house. We vacated on the last day of our lease and everything was paid in full. They are now claiming our carpets are ruined due to pet accidents. My pets are trained, and the rare occasion there was an accident, it was promptly cleaned and the carpet was shampooed. Just to prove that they're currently lying I have attached pictures taken on October 31st 2021, my final day of occupancy to show I did not leave the apartment trashed dirty or damaged. The windows were replaced for the whole building not long ago which helps prove these aren't the pictures from when I first moved in. (look at the street view pics showing the old windows) Also attached are pictures on their website where they claim to be BBB accredited, but on the BBB site you can clearly see they are not. They are refusing to refund our deposit, apply the 5% interest required by Ohio state law to it, and are insisting we pay for new carpet when you can clearly see in the photos the carpet is not damaged or dirty."
"The buildings are pretty old so as you can expect almost all apartments have something different in them. You’ll have to kick your shower water to the drain because it all sits at the back of the tub.The doors are a constant problem to get into because they get jammed and stuck with your key. The pool is almost never open. And the landlord takes forever to get back to you when you call for a maintenance problem or complaint. Also never in the office. Overall it’s quiet, mainly because older people live here. All in all, you’re getting what you paid for."
