"I've contacted this place 10+ times and I kid you not, I only got through ONCE. Their communication skills are terrible. They keep posting available units on all these websites but when you try to reach out - nothing! The one time I got through, some man answered & told me the property manager was "busy" and that he'd take my info down for her to call. You think I ever heard anything from her? Nope! I can't tell they want people to rent their apartments with the terrible customer service & lack of communication they have."

"Meadows gets zero stars The Knolls apartments does it's work orders the same day. If a work orders is called to the office they come get very quickly. That dude tried to sneak a roommate in and never told management. Seemed like he was going to try an unauthorized sublease. So they brought in a washer machine. Hooked it up wrong and flooded the place. Then he did not want to do the follow up with his insurance company. Took six months to get payment. Nikki Hacker says the place sux. Yet she lived in three different units over many years"

"THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. The management is awful. There is no sense of urgency when it comes to work orders. They will come into your apartment and not give you any notice that they are coming or that they have already been. The head landlord Don is very rude and will cuss at you in the midst of a disagreement. This place only puts themselves first. When I moved in the AC was broken. The unit was covered in duct tape from top to bottom. They fixed the AC and then the heat went out. Black sut was coming from the vents. Make sure to record and document ALL conversations or they will try to manipulate you. 0/10 recommend living here.."

"I did not live here, but I did tour the place. NEVER rent an apartment before going into the apartment building and looking at the condition! We came here for a tour and as soon as we walked into the building, the hall had an overwhelming stench of marijuana and mold. We were trying to be nice by not mentioning it to the property manager, but the smell just overcame me. Being an asthmatic, as soon as I got to the car I had to take a breathing treatment as I am highly allergic to mold/mildew. There is no way I could ever live in a place that jeopardized my health. Please, before you sign the lease ask to see an apartment and go into the building first."

"My first apartment & it was very nice . Very spacious & reasonably priced . A lot of storage space which I needed & nice location . The couple who owns the place is very nice & really seem like they care about you & the keep the place looking nice & kept up . Felt very comfortable there . Just didn’t like living on such a busy road , trying to get out was a hassle & during the winter I’d slide down the hills . Neighbors were quiet & for the most part friendly ."
