"I’ve been living at the Huffman for 6 months now and absolutely love it! It’s extremely quiet, everything is nice and new, and anytime I’ve had an issue, maintenance has fixed it quickly. 10/10"

"Living at this apartment was fine enough. The main issue was after moving out. I used to live in 218 and scheduled for AES to stop my service and switch it back into the managements name. That did not happen because FBD did not give AES proper information to get to the meter. Then the current tenant did not sign up for electricity, so I had to pay for a years worth of that persons electricity. Management did not help at all and just told me to take AES to small claims court. I wouldn't need to do that if they had better communication with the electric company. So unprofessional. Would not recommend living here."

"Nice features (stainless steel appliances, marble counters, etc.) but they are scratched up, which for the price and age (renovation in 2020) isn’t great. The walls are PAPER thin and show every paint stroke/mark. I can hear my neighbors do ANYTHING (talking, opening door, etc., it’s bad). Downtown 3rd street is sketchy, there was a shooting right outside the building last fall and people’s cars have been broken into. I certainly don’t feel completely safe. Also be ready for constant fire trucks/police sirens. Landlord has been good though, they are responsive and reasonable. Nicest apartment features in Dayton I think and if the walls were better and it was in a better location, it would be worth the rent."

"I can't say enough great things about The Huffman Lofts! From my first interaction with Valorie, the property manager, she's been incredibly helpful, highly attentive, and most importantly genuine. I've had property managers in the past who have quit caring once they get a signed lease, but Valorie goes out of her way to ensure her tenants continue to be well taken care of. My apartment itself is both beautiful and functional, and just the right size for me; each one of my guests has commented on loving the inside of these apartments. The location is perfect in the heart of downtown Dayton; walking distance to several popular restaurants and bars, the river, a couple parks, and also nearby the highway for those who commute to another part of Dayton for work like myself. I've had nothing but positive interactions with other tenants I've met, and everyone has been respectful whether that be noise, cleanliness is common spaces, etc. I highly recommend checking out the Huffman Lofts and making them your new home!"

"WOW!! Amazing!! Words to describe this new apartment and property. From the first time I met the Property Manager Valorie to the day I’m writing this review everything has been great. Any issues I have had were handled quickly and very professionally. It’s been a long time since I lived in an apartment and had to lease so I was a bit skeptical of what to expect. Very quiet and I cannot hear my neighbors at all. Speaking of neighbors everyone I have encountered have been very nice and welcoming. Service and Maintenance guys are fantastic also. Larry and his crew really go above and beyond to make sure things are handled in a timely manner. If you are in the market for an new hip property definitely check out “The Huffman.”"
