"This place is INFESTED with roaches, the cops, and EMS are constantly showing up, strangers wonder the halls in the middle of the night, maintenance won’t fix anything, and probably the farthest thing from a safe neighborhood. If you’re considering living here STAY AWAY!!"
"A horrible horrible place have roaches very bad landlord doesn’t even care they spray but the whole building is invested keeps going through building manger who are slum lords had mold in my apartment and they never took care of my living room wall with black mold inside my wall maintenance are lazy and disgusting all the employees just are happy they live in the building rent free I hope this place get shut down ⚠️DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!⚠️"
"I've been waiting for a whole month for someone to get in touch with about renting a one bedroom unit. I gave them all my documents and application fee, but all I get is a complete run around. My next step is to contact fair housing commission."

"WELCOME TO YOUR NEW HOME!!! Update coming!!!!# I have lived at Brookview Place for 7+ years and one thing I can say is the residents never cease to amaze me. I have learned a lot from the diverse range of residents and although they might not always be congenial, if one has a problem or a loss, they all come together for the benefit of that individual. They make new residents feel welcome and there is always an activity in the community room either from outside organizations, parties or nightly card games. The residents are blessed with weekly donations from food pantries, Krogers and sometimes each other. No place is perfect but Brookview can offer you a safe environment where people look out for each other, ALWAYS. 1/8/19. Update coming...let the truth be told!!!"
