"After my son moved from His apartment due to a hospitalization, I met with Katie from the leasing Office to figure how best to proceed as I did not live close and did not know renter or lease law. Katie was just amazing, kind, compassionate and helped me figure out how to proceed with the move out. She was vulnerable and told me she had only worked for River Edge for 3 weeks so she said she would get back with me on questions I had. Katie’s a gem, doing her very best!"
"I have resided in this apartment building for 7 years, and I must say that the new management is the worst I've ever encountered. The manager doesn't do anything other than sitting and smoking. When there is an issue in the building, and you report it to her, she promises to send someone but never follows through. Every time you visit, she's with one of the maintenance guys, eating and talking. Can you believe it has been three weeks since the trash was last taken away, and the entire neighborhood smells terrible? We reported it to her, but nothing has been done. They only seem to know how to raise the rent. The higher management needs to take action."
"The manager Tia has made my first apartment in Dayton the best experience. The community is great and location couldn’t be better. highly recommend Rivers Edge!"
"A decent place to stay, as far as the apartment itself, but my issue are the CRICKETS. The crickets are horrible here. As soon as the sun goes down in spring and summer months they will chirp all night. They also get inside your apartment- I’ll just be in the living, look down and there’s a huge cricket. My sleep is disturbed nightly"
"Over all would not recommend. From the very beginning, I had issues with plumbing that continued for about three months after I moved in. I had multiple issues with neighbors and domestic violence then there was issues with neighbors and noise. There was always trash that Overfilled the garbage bins and will be left there for multiple days. They list apartments that are truly available. Autumn was very rude from the very beginning however, Tia was more kind and helpful. The quality of the apartments are not worth the price."
