Executive House

"It will be 2-years next month that a transition in my life brought me to living at the Executive House in Dayton and I've been fortunate to live here. I love my space that I've made my own to call home. Love the feeling of closing my door, after a long day at work, & relax in the comfort of my peaceful place. As well as the easy access to downtown & the water views is an added bonus to get out there on those nice days after work & exercise by walking to & around Riverscape. I feel very secure with the building security features. I appreciate how Kristie and her team stay on top of any indoor/outdoor building maintenance & continue to incorporate upgrades and cosmetic changes to the property. Overall I have had nothing but a positive experience living here over the past 2-years. Specifically, whenever I've needed anything or had certain administrative or maintenance requests, Kristie and her team respond right away in a professional & timely manner. In addition, I appreciate Kristie & her team's commitment to their level of communication. You can guarantee if something is going on or a certain messages need to get out, Kristie will send emails, mass text messages to everyone and/or place notices on all tenant doors to ensure we have a heads up about changes, routine preventative pest control or required maintenance. Executive House is diverse, great location, and a safe living environment with a supportive leasing office and maintenance team."

"The only reason I rented here was close proximity to work. These properties are not recommended for anyone with a mobility issue. When I moved in, all the handicapped parking was located by a back entrance next to a steep staircase. How would a wheelchair get up there? Not ok! And a demonstration of a company that doesn't get it. I asked for additional spaces in the parking lot that would be accessible. They now have 2, 1 on each side of the building. Thanks for nothing. But they DID install a very large number of electric car charging spaces! Guess where??? In the back where the handicapped spaces WERE! Don't live here if you have any challenges with mobility. I can't live here anymore. They were going to allow me to move to another property early on. But I would be charged. Charged to be in aa place that is ADA compliant. Not even sure that's legal."

"This is my third year in this building, but unfortunately the building has started to deteriorate completely; there is no maintenance and we have waiting a month and more and the services are poor; if there are other options that would be preferable instead coming to this building go and try them."

"I am very fortunate to have found such a wonderful place to call home! I moved in during August 2020 at the same time that a new landlord named Stephanie took charge. She is polite, professional, and understanding. The rent is fair for the area, the building is always quiet, and has necessary security measures to keep everyone safe. Maintenance requests are handled properly and efficiently. One of the maintenance guys even helped me jumpstart my car when it would not start. Overall I have nothing but positive things to say about this place!"

"I have lived here for 2 years and let me highlight some of the things that have occurred. 1) Property Manager changed 3 times in two years 2) Rent has gone up $150 since I have been here, irregardless of utilities included 3) the building was broken into last year 4) Maintenance requests are not followed to the letter 5) Since the rent has gone up, most of my floor neighbors have left. I recommend looking elsewhere!"
