"I've been living here Chamberlin 1 since 2015 The experience has been great. Property manager Sandy does an excellent job. She treats you with kindness & respect. Maintenance dept (Shawn) is great too!. I dont know his name but he keep hallways/stairwells clean & smelling fresh. Shawn Does repairs in a timely manner. I don't plan on moving until I die. Quiet neighbors & quiet neighborhood."
"Chamberlain I: Affordable apartment living for me for the past 3 years. I continue to discover a diverse, enjoyable neighborhood community here in both age and culture. Drama-free, generally quiet and peaceful, I am quite pleased in my community and current arrangement. The property is situated on the edge of downtown Dayton and a quick access to the amazing Metroparks and Downtown concerts and activities. Handy local shopping and a good city transit system all enhance the location. For me, the total housing cost compares favorably to other apartment complexes nearby. Management and maintenance people I've encountered have been efficient, pleasant and conscientious, occasionally reaching out to the community for informal holiday social get-togethers. While the building and mechanicals are old, management and maintenance crew keep the facilities clean and in good repair. Occasional breakdowns are addressed promptly; a kitchen faucet replacement for me was performed quickly and effectively. In total, I am quite pleased with my current arrangement here."
