"Nice place to live. One bedroom apartment is efficient and is all I wanted. They are under new management and are efficient with taking care of issues that may arise. They are pet friendly which is wonderful. I posted pics of apartment prior to moving in and after moving in some months back. Handrails in bathroom is an additional plus for me as well."
"Right now and for the last 9 months approximately, the building has been undergoing a complete renovation, for the better. Though I have to say all of the renovation has been a great headache to the tenants and staff. But like I said when it's all over hopefully the building will have a better infrastructure."
"The property manager Karen (yes her real name) harassed me when I came to see my father who is elderly and disabled. She told me I was not getting in the building unless I told her what was in a bag I had (I did my dads laundry for him) and who I was going to see. When I called in to speak to someone on the phone to complain about the horrible experience I had it was Karen who answered. After asking to speak with someone above her she told me she didn’t care about the matter because her last day was on Wednesday and hung up the phone on me. I have never felt more harassed and profiled in my life."
