"The hot water situation repairs itself and continues to be a problem on and off. I don't always report it. One day it may be hot the next it may be lukewarm. No maintenance was done on this problem but maintenance did come to check it out. It had fixed itself. The next morning it was warm again."
"Old building Slow repair, currently without heat, only provided space heaters, stated repair won’t occur for five weeks. Freezing temps and space heater is only resolve. Furnace unit very old, and only patched to make work. Did not care or show any concern for my well being. Very inhumane"
"BEWARE! Terrible place to live, the managers don’t do anything to help with concerns at all. All they want is money while putting zero upgrades into the building. My biggest regret is wasting my money on this living situation. 0/10 recommend"
