"Very unprofessional and unorganized. Tried to APPLY for AT LEAST 4 months after touring a unit (the leasing office). Before leaving I made sure to leave contact information so that the application could be sent over as soon as possible to get the process started. The application was never sent via email. I decided to try and email the office, with the contact card given to me during the tour. The email address was invalid and could not accept emails. So I drove to apply IN PERSON. the office was closed for an entire week. Understandable. The day they reopened, (a month after my initial tour and date I wanted to apply) I called to have the application sent over assuming my contact information had been lost due to construction and leasing unit closing. I again gave my contact information and email I wanted the application sent to. Never received any email from garden woods or rookwood property’s.. the office never answers the phone and when you get ahold of someone your giving the same information you gave previously. The unit, which was over all what I expected for $1075 rent seemed to be a nice and updated. But is not worth the stress I anticipate would come living here. After reading the reviews from previous tenants I’d say they are very accurate and would avoid wasting time and money. I also checked spam emails and more so after CONTINUOUSLY popping up and calling with no forward motion I give up. I don’t think I will regret my decision."
